Chroma is currently working with a leading high-street retailer that’s looking to hire a Senior iOS Engineer, offering up to £80,000 (depending on experience) along with excellent benefits and a hybrid working model (2–3 days a week in their Manchester office).

They have built a strong reputation over the years, and they are currently evolving from a traditional retailer into a customer-centric, digitally driven business. Now is the perfect time to join them on this exciting journey as they look to drive forward innovation through meaningful data insights.
As a Senior iOS Engineer, you’ll play a big part in shaping the company’s mobile experience as they go through a major digital transformation. You’ll be hands-on with designing, building, and maintaining the iOS app, working closely with internal teams and integrating with external APIs to level up their mobile-first approach. Along the way, you’ll share your knowledge of best practices, clean code, and solid design patterns, while also helping guide the technical direction of the app.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly skilled in Swift and iOS development
- Ability to lead and influence technical decisions
Desirable Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- A genuine passion for writing clean, automated, and testable code
