At Lucid, our people are our greatest strength. As a professional services organisation, we invest deeply in our team; offering meaningful opportunities for growth, development, and connection. We take pride in our diverse project portfolio, strong business ethics, and the way we celebrate success together.
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a People & Culture Coordinator who thrives on building smart systems, refining processes, and spotting the smallest details that make the biggest difference. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of key P&C functions—from onboarding and offboarding to contract administration, reporting, and being the first point of contact for all things policy and procedure.
You’ll play a vital role in shaping a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle, while helping us evolve and automate our processes as we grow. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting, company-wide projects that make a real impact.
We’re a small, agile team with big ambitions—to build a high-performing, well-loved P&C function. We get things done, and we have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate P&C processes as we continue to mature.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end processes including documentation, system setup/closure, inductions, and coordination with IT and Operations.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly P&C reports, support annual AON remuneration and WGEA reporting, and manage employee change reporting for Payroll.
- Performance Reviews: Administer the annual review cycle, coordinate surveys and remuneration data, and produce related documentation.
- P&C Administration: Maintain employee data in ELMO and Deltek, generate employment letters, and provide first-line support for HR policies and procedures.
- DISP Security Officer Duties: Act as DISP Security Officer, managing P&C-related activities required for maintaining DISP accreditation.
- Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with graduate and work experience recruitment campaigns and represent the company at university career expos.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be someone who:
- Has a genuine love for systems, processes, and the kind of detail that others might miss.
- Brings experience in process development and is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
- Takes a customer-first approach when partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Is confident using the Microsoft Office suite—ideally within the M365 cloud environment.
- Has a curious mindset and is open to learning new tech, especially automation tools.
- Has experience with ELMO or similar HRIS platforms (a bonus, but not essential).
- Holds an NV1 security clearance or has the ability to obtain one.
