Accountabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, objectives, and pain points
- Translate business requirements into Business Central configurations, workflows, and customizations
- Align Business Central modules—including finance, billing, banking, and reporting—with existing business processes
- Recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize system performance and business efficiency
- Provide technical and functional support to ensure solutions meet business goals
- Contribute to integration projects with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or NAV
- 5+ years of experience with C/AL and/or AL programming
- 5+ years of experience in Reports Development within Dynamics BC and/or NAV
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server
- 3+ years of experience integrating Business Central with third-party systems
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Business Central
- Advanced English level required for client-facing communication and collaboration
- Experience recommending and implementing process improvements
- Familiarity with workflow optimization and system automation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
