At MPM we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and management of our technology products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy, extensive experience with IT technology, and in-depth knowledge of Azure and Azure AI Studio. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive product innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and successfully deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision:

o Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

o Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Product Development:

o Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

o Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and specifications.

o Utilize Azure and Azure AI Studio to build and enhance product features and capabilities.

• Stakeholder Management:

o Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product relevance.

o Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic plans to senior management and clients.

o Foster strong relationships with key partners and vendors.

• Project Management:

o Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product delivery.

o Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize the development process.

o Address and resolve any project-related issues or risks promptly.

• Product Performance and Optimization:

o Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and KPIs.

o Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product functionality and user experience.

o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a background in consultancy firms.

• Extensive experience working with IT technology, specifically Azure and Azure AI Studio.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning technologies.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
