Job Execution
- Monday.com & other Automations
- Design/fix automations (board architecture, cross-board logic, SLAs, notifications)
- Build scenarios in Make (Integromat) (preferred) or Zapier; handle webhooks & simple APIs
- Add monitoring/alerts, retries, and run logs. Document everything clearly
- Use OpenAI/LLMs to structure data from images/docs (OCR + GPT pipelines)
- Example: Compare two images attached to a Monday item → write back ✅/❌ and a one-line explanation
- Engineer prompts for consistent JSON output; normalize numbers/dates/currencies
- Define core KPIs (ops, fulfillment, support, finance-lite)
- Stand up dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau / Metabase or Monday dashboards)
- Build lightweight data pipelines from Monday.com, Sheets, and other sources (Make/Zapier, Apps Script; optional warehouse like BigQuery/Snowflake)
- Data modeling & cleansing, refresh schedules, access/permissions, data quality checks
- Produce recurring summaries and ad-hoc analyses that drive decisions
- Monday.com power user (boards, automations, permissions, dashboards)
- Make (Integromat) expert (or advanced Zapier), JSON parsing, webhooks
- Practical OpenAI/LLM usage; prompt design; structured outputs; error handling
- OCR with Google Vision / AWS Textract / Microsoft OCR or GPT-Vision via URLs
- BI: KPI design, dashboarding (Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau/Metabase), data modeling, data hygiene
- SQL (comfortable), strong Sheets/Excel; basic API/GraphQL (Monday v2)
- Solid IT fundamentals (Google/Microsoft admin basics)
