About the Opportunity

We’re a U.S.-based consulting firm expanding our operations in Palermo, Buenos Aires — and we’re looking for a Project Manager with a passion for data, dashboards, and operational excellence.


You’ll work directly with our CEO and help manage marketing, automation, and analytics projects for clients across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

💼 Project & Operations Management

  • Coordinate projects across marketing, data, and automation teams.


  • Translate business goals into organized task plans and ensure milestones are delivered.


  • Manage projects in HubSpot, Monday.com / Asana.com, or Miro while maintaining clear visibility for leadership.


  • Build internal documentation and process maps that keep everyone aligned.


  • Support the CEO in daily prioritization, planning, and accountability.


📊 Data, Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (in Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Sheets).


  • Use SQL or advanced Excel formulas to clean, combine, and analyze data across platforms.


  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries with key metrics and visuals.


  • Automate recurring reports using Zapier, n8n, or PipeDream integrations.


⚙️ Automation & Systems Support

  • Maintain and optimize integrations between HubSpot, Leadspedia, and other platforms.


  • Monitor data flows and troubleshoot automation issues.


  • Collaborate with developers to enhance efficiency across workflows.


🗂️ Documentation & Presentation

  • Keep all company documents and presentations perfectly organized in Google Drive.


  • Create PowerPoint / Google Slides decks for clients and internal reviews.


  • Visualize processes using Miro flowcharts and maintain version-controlled documentation.


What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, or operations

✅ Advanced skills in Excel or SQL (queries, joins, pivot tables, data validation)

✅ Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Data Studio, Looker, or similar)

✅ Excellent PowerPoint / Slides presentation design ability

✅ Strong organizational mindset and love for structure/documentation

✅ English fluency (spoken & written) — you’ll communicate with U.S.-based clients daily

✅ Familiarity with HubSpot, Leadspedia, Zapier, or automation tools is a plus

🕓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime with overlap to U.S. Eastern Time
