Sales Executive – Institutional & Family Office Clients (Security Tokens / OTC Capital Markets)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Sales Executive to drive institutional client acquisition and business development in the fast-evolving field of security tokens and digital capital markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors, and a proven track record in selling OTC capital markets products, alternative investments, or structured products.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing new relationships, and helping institutional investors understand and adopt blockchain-based securities and tokenized investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors interested in security tokens and tokenized investment opportunities.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for institutional and professional clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote and sell OTC capital markets products and tokenized securities through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the product, compliance, and operations teams to structure and execute investment offerings tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings, both online and in person.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital asset regulation (e.g. MiCAR, MiFID II) and market trends relevant to institutional investors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and deal execution.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial sales, preferably in capital markets, structured products, or digital assets.
- Proven network of asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors in Europe or globally.
- Solid understanding of OTC trading, security tokens, and tokenized assets.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and strategically in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, MiCAR, and AML is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
