Brainsquare is looking for a Senior .NET / DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Product Compliance Team within one of our enterprise environments.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and running a Supplier Compliance Portal - combining backend engineering with cloud-native DevOps expertise to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Phase 1 – Foundation & Security
- Design, build and deploy .NET Core microservices and APIs in Azure.
- Configure Azure App Services / AKS, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and alerting.
- Set up secure authentication flows (B2C, SSO, regional authentication such as WeChat).
- Establish rollback, backup, and restore strategies to ensure high availability.
- Phase 2 – Scaling & Integrations
- Extend the backend with supplier data services and event-driven integrations (Kafka / Event Hubs).
- Optimize system performance for 5,000+ concurrent users through caching, replication, and load balancing.
- Strengthen infrastructure with observability dashboards and proactive performance tuning.
- Collaborate closely with React frontend engineers to ensure end-to-end secure and performant data flows.
- Phase 3 – Reporting & Advanced Workloads
- Scale infrastructure to handle complex compliance data queries and “where-used” scenarios.
- Support reporting pipelines and optimize data query layers.
- Continuously improve the production environment through advanced DevOps practices and automation.
- Proven experience in .NET development (C#, APIs, microservices).
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Event Hubs).
- Solid expertise in cloud security, identity, and resilience (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, rate limiting, rollback strategies, disaster recovery).
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade backends.
- Experience with performance/load testing, AI/ML integration, or fullstack development (React).
