Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking GTM Engineer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and growth. You will design and scale outbound workflows, leveraging data, automation, and AI to build an investor acquisition machine.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer outbound GTM systems that integrate investor data sources, enrichment, and outreach workflows.
• Build automations and integrations between databases, CRMs, and outreach tools.
• Experiment with AI-driven personalization to increase response and meeting rates.
• Continuously optimize outbound strategies based on performance data.
• Partner with leadership to test and implement new GTM approaches.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in data engineering, GTM, growth ops, or outbound lead generation.
• Strong technical skills in automation workflows and enrichment tools.
• Excellent English communication.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven mindset.
