We are looking for a Manpower Planner Assistant to join our Base Maintenance team in Tallinn, Estonia.
Main Responsibilities
- Manpower planning and controlling
- Ensuring the daily workforce is based on the needs of the production
- Preparation of long-term and short-term manpower forecasts for the aircraft maintenance department
- Day-to-day cooperation with the aircraft maintenance department
- Assisting in the solution of daily production problems
- You have at least a secondary education
- Excellent Estonian and English language skills, both written and verbal. Russian language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office)
- Analytical skills and readiness for teamwork
- Previous work experience in a similar position is an advantage
