In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analytical service towards Baltic and Country Channel management teams;
- Ensure analytical support for projects and initiatives owned or coordinated by Baltic Channel management team;
- Propose relevant measurements for tracking Channels performance from all needed perspectives (efficiency, conversions, customer satisfaction etc.);
- Drive business decisions by creating and presenting insights from data;
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and business users.
- Relevant academic degree and/or several years of experience within relevant area of work;
- Excellent office software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
- Excellent SQL, Power BI, SPSS Modeler or other data mining tools;
- Fluent Estonian and English with good communication, presentation, collaboration skills;
- Proven logical thinking, analytical abilities and overall business understanding to make conclusions on data;
- Proactive, solution oriented and problem-solving attitude;
- Business acumen and ability to prioritize and negotiate tasks to set and meet deadlines;
- Readiness to focus on the details.
