- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, business cases and budgets
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
- Communicate with suppliers and partners regarding sorting lines and spare parts
- Provide technical support and advice related to sorting operations.
- Organize purchasing and procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, while proposing initiatives to enhance sorting efficiency and quality
- Own and update process manuals, quality standards, and training materials
- Have education in a technical or engineering discipline related to logistics.
- Proven ability to manage supplier and partner relationships effectively
- Experience in preparing and analyzing business cases
- Possess prior process management experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Understand project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrate clear communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Are analytical and have strong problem-solving abilities
- Have proficiency in local language and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness and ability to travel between the Baltic States
At Omniva, we live our values every day.
We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.
We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.
We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.
And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.
You’ll also benefit from:
- A meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
- Hybrid work model and flexible environment
- Health insurance or sports compensation
- Five additional vacation days after two years
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth
For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2500-3500 EUR, depending on your location, experience and qualifications.
