Technical Oversight

  • Supervise the design, development, and MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Testing) of satellite systems to ensure compliance with technical requirements and space standards.
  • Coordinate with launch service providers to ensure successful mission integration and deployment.

Operational Management

  • Support and oversee pre-launch activities, system validation, and in-orbit operations, including commissioning and performance monitoring.

Governance & Reporting

  • Lead milestone reviews, progress meetings, and post-project debriefs.

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects within the space or high-technology sector.
  • Proven track record in spacecraft development or similar complex system programs.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong initiative and capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in spacecraft design and development (platform or payload).
  • Knowledge of MAIT, launch campaigns, and in-orbit operations.
  • Familiarity with space standards (e.g., ECSS-M-ST-10C, ECSS-M-ST-40C, ECSS-M-ST-60C, ECSS-M-ST-80C).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and creative problem-solving.
