Role: Java Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Java Developer with 3–6 years of hands-

on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern

enterprise technologies. You will be part of a cross-functional team, contributing to the

design, development, and deployment of mission-critical solutions for our clients across

various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate

requirements into technical solutions

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java, Spring/Spring Boot,

and related frameworks

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards

• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/delivery

processes

• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing

system

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java (8+) development

• Proficiency with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring

Data, WebLogic Application Server

• Experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and Oracle/SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git), and build

tools like Maven or Gradle

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and familiarity with orchestration

tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus

• Understanding of software development best practices, including agile

methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
