Product Manager

We’re seeking a Commercial Product Owner to join our Trustee & Depositary team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product professional to play a key role in shaping, positioning, and driving the commercial success of our Trustee & Depositary offering.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that strengthen our Trustee & Depositary business.
• Deliver thought leadership initiatives to elevate our market narrative and engage clients and industry partners.
• Contribute to product strategy across complex solutions, using your expertise to guide direction and innovation.
• Design and implement effective pricing strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform product commercialisation.
• Analyse market data and sales performance to identify improvement areas and optimise go-to-market strategies.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong leadership and influencing capabilities, with confidence to make decisive calls and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in market research and data analysis to inform product and commercial strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions at pace.
• A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
• Familiarity with global custody or Trustee & Depositary Services preferred.
