ACCPRO has partnered with a leading Irish retail chain to recruit a HR Generalist who will have oversight across the business. The role will suit someone capable of working well o their own initiative. €45k
Responsibilities:
Manage the administration of the full employee life cycle
Lead induction for new recruits
Support recruitment process
Ensure all HR data and filing is maintained accurately
General HR administration duties on a daily basis
First point of contact for employee HR queries
HR support to managers on areas such as policy and procedure, training & development and employee engagement
Assisting with the co-ordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a busy HR role
Services background would be an advantage - retail, hospitality etc
Strong administration skills
CIPD qualification desirable
