Product Manager

Stiltsoft is a team of experts committed to making a better experience with Atlassian products. We develop apps for Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket since 2010.

More than 15,000 customers worldwide are already using our solutions. We have more than 20 apps on the Marketplace to simplify and streamline team workflows.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join one of our teams developing Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket app. In this role, you’ll balance product management (80%) with some customer support oversight (20%).

Awesome Graphs is an analytics application that visualizes Git repository data (commits, pull requests) through interactive charts and reports, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.

The team consists of 8 people. Within the team, all communication is conducted in Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Development & Feature Validation: Conduct user and customer research, market research, validate features pre-development, and assess client feedback to guide product decisions
• Data-Driven Product Insights: Leverage market data (installs, feedback, etc.) to shape product decisions and measure impact
• Atlassian Collaboration: Engage with Atlassian to promote key support tickets and other partner communications
• Support Role: Assist customers with product-related questions and work on improving customer experiences. All technical issues are managed by developers

What You’ll Need:

• Product Management Skills: Experience with customer development, user research, market research, and product analytics
• Excellent English: Written and spoken fluency (B2 level or higher), essential for customer and community communication
• Technical Curiosity: Ability to understand key technical concepts like Git basics, commits, and pull requests
• Personable Communication: Friendly and professional interaction style with diverse audiences
• Collaborative Mindset: Open to team perspectives and confident in sharing ideas
• Analytical Thinking: Skills in synthesizing information for actionable insights
• Development-focused: Eager to learn and advance in the product management field
