The company offers global screening services in over 200 countries and territories, specializing in criminal background checks, education and employment verification, reference checks, MVR screening, passport verification, and government-issued ID checks.

Role Summary

Are you passionate about building innovative, customer-facing applications? AccuSourceHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions using Python, PHP, Vue.js, and AI technologies, helping us disrupt the market and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop basic components of web applications using PHP, Python, and Vue.js under guidance.

· Explore AWS cloud environments and assist in deploying and monitoring applications.

· Verify and test AI-powered features, supporting debugging and quality assurance efforts.

· Ensure code meets basic standards for readability, performance, and security.

· Learn automation practices and begin writing simple, testable code with mentorship.

· Organize personal documentation and contribute to team collaboration efforts.

· Participate in team learning activities and seek mentorship to grow professionally.

Education & Experience:

· Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Up to 2 years of experience in web development (internships or personal projects welcome).

· Basic understanding of backend programming using Python or PHP.

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

· Willingness to learn cloud platforms and modern frameworks.

· Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Tech Stack:

· Languages & Frameworks: Python or PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (basic knowledge)

· Backend & Database: REST APIs, MySQL (basic knowledge)

· Tools & Methodologies: Git, Agile/Scrum (introductory level)

Salary

2500 - 3300 EUR gross/month (depending on experience
