Finance Partner

We’re seeking a Finance Partner who will report directly to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer. This role owns reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and works cross-functionally with the Executive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own reporting, manage two outsourced accounting firms, and oversee communication with external auditors.
• Drive the preparation of the annual operating plan, ensuring company goals are effectively translated into departmental targets.
• Run quarterly forecasting cycles and analyse budget versus actual performance.
• Continuously seek business improvement opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Ensure your own work is automated wherever possible — manual work is a temporary state, not a badge of honour.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting.
• Killer Excel / Sheets skills. Financial models should be dynamic, elegant, and error-free.
• Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level.
• Commercial mindset: you don’t just report - you recommend, challenge, and act.
• Work experience in SaaS finance is an advantage.
