Card Business Manager

Genome is everything users need from the traditional banks, but safer, faster and completely online.

We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for a Card Business Manager !

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Strategy

• stay on top of local and global trends in the payments and card issuing space;
• identify new business opportunities and explore scalable revenue streams.
  
  

Business Growth

• contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies in close coordination with Sales and Customer Support teams;
• track performance metrics, celebrate wins, and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Card Project Development

• oversee the execution of strategic goals within the card product (e.g. number of issued cards, transaction volume, feature enhancements);
• ensure stable operations and proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies;
• prepare the card platform for expansion to B2B issuing services;
• lead the integration of new functionalities to boost card usage and adoption.
  
  

Outsourcing Partner Oversight

• manage risks and supervise outsourced functions;
• maintain operational excellence by monitoring third-party performance.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• university degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field;
• 3–5 years of experience in a fintech company, bank, or payment institution;
• fluent English (written and spoken);
• experience working with outsourcing and processing partners, with understanding of operational risk;
• familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to card products and payment services (preferably within the EU);
• understanding of the card product lifecycle (issuance, activation, transaction, servicing);
• business acumen and ability to identify new growth opportunities in fintech;
• ability to manage and align internal processes and external partnerships.

Compensation

Salary range : €3,500 - €4, 300 gross monthly*

• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
