What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and refine pipeline workflows.
- Innovate and implement strategies for zero downtime in CI/CD practices.
- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and enhance Terraform modules for infrastructure automation and scalability.
- Optimize monitoring and logging solutions to ensure visibility, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
- Operate autonomously within a dynamic and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of achievement and problem-solving.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Work closely with teams and individuals who exhibit a strong "get things done" attitude.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, ECS).
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Sentry, and Kibana, Elasticsearch.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Octopus, or similar.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years (or above) experience in back-end development (a plus).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and networking concepts (a plus).
- Understanding of Security Compliance standards and best practices (a plus).
- Learns quickly and adopts a results-driven approach to tackle challenges.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to make a significant impact.
- Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts well to evolving priorities and technologies.
- Values innovation and approaches problems with creativity and curiosity.
- Possesses strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
