Department

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new associates to the organization through various trainings and support in case of questions
  • Organise and deliver training as needed
  • Create and manage the training programs, materials, training plans and records necessary for the positions, as well as the assessments of the training management system
  • Coordinate, conduct, and ensure training assessments in accordance with the approved procedures
  • Coordinate, monitor and carry out the professional development of non-administrative associates
  • Develop standard work instructions and apply the Training Within Industry (TWI) method; train others this method
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement and optimize Lean system activities.
  • Continuously improve the training process and participate in problem-solving sessions
  • Cooperatre with people leaders and HR department to resolve issues that have arisen for non-administrative associates
  • Assist in audit activities
  • Fulfill other duties and tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Training experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration or related field
  • English proficiency: intermediate level or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Solid planning and time management skills
  • Prior experience in leading or organizing training programs is preferred

Salary: €13.04/hour gross
