Are you our new Group Rewards Specialist?
Group Rewards Specialist will lead salary and equal pay processes to support the organization's efforts to comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (Directive (EU) 2023/970). This role supports cross-functional teams in implementing processes and policies that promote equal pay for work of equal value, reduce gender pay gaps, and meet EU reporting obligations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation, HR and project management.
What will you do:
Compensation processes management
- Lead the global salary review, equal pay and bonus processes on Group level
- Plan and secure HR system set-up for execution compensation processes
- Conduct job evaluations
- Conduct benchmark analysis
- Support in the budget and various report work, such as annual report, remuneration report, etc.
Data analysis & reporting
- Coordinate with Global HR Workday team and analytics teams to centralize data and streamline reporting.
- Conduct gender pay gap analyses and prepare reports for national authorities (starting 2027).
- Support joint pay assessments when gaps exceed 5% and cannot be justified by objective, gender-neutral criteria.
- Maintain documentation of pay structures and job evaluation systems based on "work of equal value."
- Prepare reports for leadership on pay equity metrics and transparency progress.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years´ of experience in compensation, remuneration compliance related field in a financial services' context (e.g., senior specialist role).
- Deep understanding and experience of working with salary, job evaluation/job architecture and equal pay processes both on a strategic and hands-on level.
- Significant knowledge in pay equity and remuneration practices within EU, multinational companies, incl. the experience with cross-border HR operations and policy implementation.
- Familiar with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay). Experienced user of HR systems, such as Workday, pay equity tools and benchmarking platforms. Fluency in English; additional EU languages a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills. High level of attention to details and experience working with Excel.
