Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and optimize the production of multi-format content, including copywriting, graphic design, motion design, and video production
- Coordinate workflow and schedules for the content production team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from briefing to final approval with the Content Lead
- Ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Conduct quality control checks for content deliverables before final submission to Content Lead
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Stay informed about content production trends, tools, and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Proven experience in managing content production workflows or creative projects
- Familiarity with multi-format content production processes (e.g., managing videographers, designers, and writers in tandem)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
- Basic understanding of brand strategy and audience-focused content
- An analytical mindset to monitor timelines and optimize processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Background in advertising agencies or similar environments would be a strong advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates located in Vilnius, Lithuania
- Gross Salary 2300 - 3000 EUR/Month
