About Your Future Role

As our Product Manager Partner Solutions, you will be the conduit connecting Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Electronic Cash Registers (ECRs), and large merchants to Nexi terminals. These software providers are vital to businesses like restaurants, retail stores, and hospitality. Your mission is to deeply understand their needs and challenges and offer them the best ways to connect and integrate with our diverse range of terminals.

By enabling ISVs, ECRs, and large merchants to innovate directly on our Android devices, you’ll be creating new and exciting applications that add immense value for merchants. You'll work closely with both our internal developers and a vibrant community of third-party developers, managing the interfaces, APIs, documentation, and developer portals that make seamless integration possible.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Directly engage with ISVs, ECRs, and large merchants to capture their specific needs, challenges, and objectives. Conduct thorough market research, customer interviews, and usability studies to shape our product features and integration approaches.
• Design integration solutions focusing on rapid deployment, reliability, and user-friendliness, ensuring our platforms scale and facilitate easy onboarding and reduce technical hurdles.
• Craft and implement a strategic roadmap that reflects customer needs and market trends, promoting the potential of our Android terminals to inspire third-party providers and merchants.
• Maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external developers, acting as a conduit between customer requirements and technical execution.
• Manage integration methods such as cloud APIs and direct Android app deployments on terminals, focusing on intuitive, efficient design tailored to the developer and merchant experience.
• Develop strategies that showcase how our solutions cater to the specific needs of ISVs, ECRs, and large merchants, featuring success stories that highlight rapid integration and reliability.
• Serve as the primary communication link between developers, merchants, and internal teams, addressing technical issues swiftly to maintain trust.
