Job Description
In your role as Junior Operations Performance Analyst (m/f/d), you will play a critical role by ensuring operational excellence across all hubs. You will help enable the highest performance levels, drive data-informed decision-making, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions, supporting Flink Netherlands in delivering efficient, reliable, and scalable operations.
- Operational Performance Reporting: Safeguard, streamline, and improve operational reports to provide accurate, actionable insights for NL operations.
- KPI Management: Track and set fair, actionable KPI targets for hubs to monitor performance, identify underperformance, and drive targeted improvements.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Dive into operational data to improve efficiency and results—analysing delivery speeds, issue rates, outlier events, P&L metrics, and more.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: Partner with Functional Owners, City Managers, and Hub Managers to track results, drive improvements, and align across functions.
- Support Presentations & Communication: Assist with presentations and stakeholder communication, from quarterly conferences to weekly and ad-hoc updates.
- Process Improvement, Tools & Playbooks: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, leverage automation, and contribute to developing standardised operational playbooks and dashboards to ensure consistent execution across hubs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for making decisions based on data.
- Comfortable working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, or other data analysis software.
- Basic SQL experience/familiarity, able to modify or tweak existing code, with a willingness to learn
- A positive, proactive mindset—you’re ready to learn and take on challenges.
- Empathy and critical thinking—you understand how decisions impact both people and performance.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
