Project & Process Manager – Wholesale Region EAA

We’re looking for an experienced Project & Process Manager to lead key regulatory and IT change initiatives within our Wholesale Region Europe, Africa & Asia (EAA). You’ll be part of a passionate Business Change Team that supports global projects driving efficiency, harmonization, and innovation across our international operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a Service Delivery Management (SLR) project from definition to implementation.
• Align stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results.
• Provide clear project updates and insights to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and standardize ways of working across regions.

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within wholesale banking.
• Proven background in Service Delivery Management (SLR) – essential.
• Academic (WO) working and thinking level.
• Knowledge of Lean (Green Belt), Agile, and Prince2.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
