For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 4 years of professional experience working as a Machine Learner
- Experience with technologies such as: Python, Spark, Cloud, MLflow
- Proven experience in credit risk modelling / fraud detection
- Professional experience with Tabular ML (GBM)
- Experience with deep learning (plus)
- Hands on experience with model explainability (SHAP)
- Experience with designing policy simulations and constrained optimization
- Strong experience with ML best practices
- Familiarity with data sources such as Schufa, Experian and GDPR
- Be comfortable working with the Machine Learning full life cycle
- Strong communication with stakeholders
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
- Available for a remote work model based in Portugal
