ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer (Java/React.js), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, high-quality applications that enhance user experiences and support business growth. Working closely with a talented agile team, you’ll influence architecture decisions, experiment with new technologies, and drive improvements across both frontend and backend systems. This role offers the chance to tackle complex challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and grow professionally within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Build scalable full-stack solutions with Java and React;
- Develop and optimize APIs and responsive web applications;
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver business value;
- Experiment with new technologies to improve systems and processes;
- Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and maintainable;
- Work on offline first applications that should comply with high security standards.

MUST HAVES

- 7+ years of experience as a hands-on Java developer;
- 1+ years of experience designing complex architectures;
- 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Front End developer for responsive web applications using JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, or similar;
- Hands-on experience with API development and web services;
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for improving software systems;
- Experience building apps in Electron;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience building offline-first architectures;
- Experience developing apps for windows environment.
