Fullstack Developer position (Remote) - United Nations

We are seeking a full-stack developer with expertise and experience in all the following:

  • Django Python
  • ReactJS, alongside JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap Material Design
  • RESTful API

The ideal candidate will…

  • be collaborative, self-organising, and cross-functionally skilled.
  • work remotely.
  • align to the working hours of headquarters in Rome, Italy (i.e. CET/CEST time zones).

Timing:

The engagement will last from November 2025 to March 2026 (5 months) for a total of 100 days. Assuming performance is high then we would wish to extend it, but it would be dependent on our funding availability.

We would like to start the engagement as soon as possible, with the earliest possibility likely the week beginning 3 November 2025.
