As the UI UX Designer, you are integral to maintaining the visual integrity and design cohesion of our digital fund operations platform. Collaborating with the UI UX Lead, you are actively involved in supporting and evolving our design system within Figma, ensuring that each interface and interaction aligns with our brand's aesthetic and functional standards. By focusing on visual QA, you verify that our designs are accurately brought to life during development, guaranteeing consistency and attention to detail from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Visual QA to confirm that UI designs are accurately implemented, following specifications and maintaining visual consistency
  • Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of the design system and component library
  • Collaborate with senior designers and product owners to translate product requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
  • Consistently engage with the front-end development team to facilitate seamless design implementation, addressing questions and supporting adjustments
  • Proactively suggest improvements for UI and usability, enhancing the product's user experience
  • Research design trends, UI patterns, and competitors to propose improvements to the product experience
  • Design and refine user interface components following the existing design system and brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma: Skilled in components, best practices in functional composition, including autolayouts
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries) is a plus
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design ensuring visually appealing interfaces with logical hierarchy
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for design as well as current design trends and tools
  • Attention to detail with a balanced approach between creativity and practicality
  • Strong command of design principles and usability standards
  • Ability to manage uncertainty with strong problem-solving skills
  • Consistent communication with the Front-end team to support design implementation and clarify any questions
  • Proactive in proposing interface and usability improvements
