For our location in Frauenfeld (Switzerland), we are looking for a motivated colleague to start as soon as possible, working 50% of full-time hours per day as:
Your mission
- In consultation with the Head of HR, you will be independently responsible for the entire spectrum of personnel administration.
- You will be involved in the entire employee life cycle.
- You will be fully responsible for the time recording system and absence management.
- You will assist with the monthly preparation of payroll-related data for external payroll processing.
- You will work on HR projects and on the continuous optimization of our HR processes.
- You have a federal certificate as an HR specialist or a comparable training or degree.
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position and are enthusiastic about the diversity of administrative HR work.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social security and wage system.
- Your essential strengths include: organizational skills, service orientation, and an independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- You are proficient in MS Office, experienced in using HR tools, and enjoy switching between German and English in your daily work.
- You have a team-oriented approach to work and a positive, open-minded personality.
