Legal Counsel - Data Protection & Compliance

For our client, we are seeking a Legal Counsel with expertise in Data Protection to provide strategic guidance on privacy, compliance, and data governance matters in a fast-paced, international setting.

Your responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on data protection and privacy laws (GDPR and local regulations) to various business teams (IT, HR, marketing, innovation, etc.).
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the global data protection compliance program (records of processing, internal policies, contractual clauses).
• Draft and negotiate data protection clauses with partners and suppliers.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring and promote best practices across the organization.

Your profile

• Law degree (Master’s in Law, Data Protection or equivalent).
• Proven experience in data protection or privacy law, ideally within an international or industrial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and related regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit.
