What you can expect from us
- Design, manage, and optimize LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security.
- Manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with others teams to manage network security solutions.
- Monitor networks and services to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Manage digital transformation projects, cloud migrations, and network optimization initiatives.
- Manage and track SLAs and contracts with network vendors and service providers.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience
in network engineering, preferably in financial or enterprise
environments. - Advanced knowledge of network
protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN. - Experience with routing and
switching technologies (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent). - Knowledge of firewalls,
IDS/IPS, load balancers, and secure networking solutions. - Strong troubleshooting skills
and experience managing complex network incidents. - Familiarity with network
monitoring and performance tools. - Experience managing SLAs and
contracts with network service providers. - Proficient in English, both
written and spoken. - Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications:
CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent. - Experience with SD-WAN and
cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Scripting and automation skills
(Python, Ansible, Terraform). - Familiarity with multi-site,
large enterprise, and international networking environments.

problem-solving abilities. - Clear and effective
communication, technical and non-technical. - Ability to work in
multidisciplinary teams and lead complex projects. - Flexibility and adaptability in
a regulated and fast-evolving environment.
