Job Role
You will join the Infrastructure Shared Services team within the Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global support teams, subject matter experts, and architects across various reporting infrastructures. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Your Tasks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights,
- Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI,
- Ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting systems,
- Implementing change requests based on business needs,
- Configuring and maintaining Redshift (Data Warehouse) data models for new reporting purposes and improving existing configurations,
- Working with API calls from various applications,
- Building and optimizing data ingestion pipelines in Amazon Web Services.
Your Profile
- Two years of hands-on experience in analysis, profiling, management, migration and data quality assurance.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps to support data collection, reporting workflows, and business process automation.
- Ability to design, configure, and maintain Redshift data models to support evolving reporting needs.
- Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts with practical experience in Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, and recommend solutions.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
