About Dialoq

Dialoq is a forward-thinking startup aiming to act as a bridge between brands and customers, crafting seamless, meaningful interactions through design and user experience. We’re on a mission to elevate how brands communicate visually and experientially — and we want you to help define that vision.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Designer who will take full responsibility for Dialoq’s visual and product experience. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team — product, engineering, and business — to translate strategy into design. This is not just a role: it’s an opportunity to become an equity-partner in a startup. As Dialoq grows, so will your ownership and influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identity: logo, iconography, color systems, typography, and visual language
  • Create all marketing and promotional visuals: social media graphics, banners, ads, pitch decks, etc.
  • Lead UI/UX work: wireframes, mockups, prototypes, interaction flows
  • Use tools like Figma, Framer (or equivalents) to build high-fidelity prototypes and interactive experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing) to align design with business and technical goals
  • Translate user research, market trends, and feedback into design strategies and product features
  • Build reusable design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability
  • Present design decisions, gather feedback, iterate, and defend design rationale
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of Dialoq; take ownership and initiative within a fast-moving startup environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar design role (brand, UI/UX, marketing visuals)
  • Must be a university student (any year)
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Framer (or equivalent prototyping tools)
  • Experience with graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, etc.) is a plus
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design
  • A portfolio showcasing at least 3 compelling design works (branding, UI/UX, marketing visuals, etc.)
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to pivot and iterate
  • Excellent communication skills; openness to feedback and collaboration
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and adapting to change in a startup context

Compensation & Ownership

  • This position is initially unpaid.
  • Instead, you will be granted equity (shares / ownership stake) in Dialoq.
  • As the project succeeds and grows, your role will evolve — you’ll gain real influence, decision-making power, and a piece of the success you helped build.
