Currently, we are looking for a Junior People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger.
To succeed in this role, you should have a very good attention to detail, ease of learning, and accuracy in every task performed. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor.
This is a hybrid role that requires work 3 days from the Warsaw office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in one of the core People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, depending on business needs
- Address and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Update employee records in HR and payroll systems with precision and ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with internal policies and meet legal requirements
- Generate reports and summaries for operational or compliance-related purposes
- Collaborate with the People Team to enhance workflows, improve employee experiences, and contribute to initiatives
Requirements

- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Strong knowledge of the Polish language
