Project Description
We are looking for a People Partner to join our team and support our employees and leaders, primarily in Poland. Reporting to the HRBP, you will collaborate with local People Partners and global Centers of Excellence to support HR initiatives in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, internal communication, and talent development.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain valuable experience in a global, dynamic, fast-growing technology company.
Responsibilities
You’ll play an essential role in:
- Employee Support & Engagement: Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions, career development, and team growth.
- HR Process Execution: Support HR initiatives, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Talent & Development Support: Contribute to talent development programs, helping to foster a positive employee experience.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Work with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, and People Operations) to implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain HR data accuracy and provide insights that help improve people processes and strategies.
Skills Required
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HR processes, including talent management, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English (C1 preferred).
Engagement Model: Direct Independent Contractor (Please read carefully)
This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a direct contractual relationship between Zoolatech and the individual service provider.
To facilitate this direct partnership, we engage with professionals who are registered and operate as a sole proprietorship, private entrepreneur, or an equivalent self-employment status in your country.
