Privacy Compliance Administrator

Location: Warsaw (fully remote)

Contract Type: B2B/UZ 12 months contract

up to 80zl/hour

We’re looking for a Privacy Administrator to join our client, supporting compliance with global data protection laws and privacy frameworks. In this role, you’ll manage privacy tools, coordinate data inventory and evidence collection, handle data subject requests, and help maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance across the business.

You’ll collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Product teams to streamline and automate privacy processes, track key compliance metrics, and contribute to privacy training and awareness initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in privacy, information security, or compliance.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of data protection laws (GDPR, ISO 27000, SOC2, etc.).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and privacy/compliance tools (e.g. TrustArc, Radar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
