This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst & Localization Specialist (Norwegian Market). The role is located in Bergen, but some work from home is acceptable. The Business Analyst & Localization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and ensuring that solutions are effectively localized for the Norwegian market. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of localization efforts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English languages
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
