Sr. Full Stack Developer / Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for:

• First and foremost, we are looking for someone with strong technical chops and a proven track record on our tech stack
• Beyond those skills, we are also looking for someone who can take technical ownership of a projects
• Contribute to overall sprint planning
• Plan, architect and implement new features following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
• Maintain and update documentation
• Ensure the SDLC processes and release flow are followed
• Work closely with Product Owners to discuss long term plans
• A team player who can keep an eye on the big picture
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that we deliver quality software

Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer.

● 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

●Proficiency in one or more of React/Redux, Nest.js, Next.js, PHP, Java

● PostgreSQL, DocumentDB

● Redis

● Docker

● AWS

● Gitlab CI/CD (a plus)

Education:

● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

● Industry recognized certification in testing practices and Agile certifications are a plus.
