About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Golang (Go) and Java (Spring Boot) to design, build, and scale distributed systems for our enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about backend engineering, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and Java (Spring Boot).
• Build microservices architectures optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Drone.
• Integrate observability and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Frontend, QA) to deliver production-grade systems.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

Required Skills

• Primary: Golang (Go) — deep practical experience in production-grade services.
• Secondary: Java (Core, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate).
• Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (Lambda, S3, Aurora, ECR, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ArgoCD).
• Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Spark is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Coralogix.
• Knowledge of OAuth / OIDC and security best practices.
• Exposure to big data platforms or event-driven systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in Golang.
