As our UX Designer, you’ll:

User Research & Insights

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to better understand customer needs.
• Analyze behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate insights into actionable design recommendations that improve our product experience.

Wireframes & Mockups

• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to bring ideas to life.
• Develop and maintain design documentation to clearly communicate concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, product managers, and developers.

UI Design & Product Improvement

• Design user-friendly, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces aligned with our brand and design system.
• Improve existing product UI using research, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving Worximity’s design system and component library.

Collaboration & Design Growth

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers in agile sprints to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Present design decisions confidently in sprint reviews and planning sessions.
• Support QA teams by validating final designs and ensuring quality delivery.
• Experiment with new design technologies and workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about great design.

• UX/UI certification or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, and UI designs.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, and Jira.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• A problem-solving mindset and eye for detail.

Nice to have:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (like Pendo) to measure design impact.
• Curiosity about emerging design technologies, including AI-assisted workflows.
