Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for a decentralized SocialFi platform
- Lead the development and optimization of trading features, including perpetual futures and spot markets
- Integrate cross-chain capabilities to enhance platform interoperability
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in all product features
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, DeFi, or blockchain-based products
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, especially perpetual futures and spot markets
- Familiarity with cross-chain protocols and decentralized application development
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements
- Experience working with design, engineering, and marketing teams in an agile environment
- Deep commitment to user privacy and security best practices
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Availability for part-time, contract-based engagement
