Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.

Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.

The Role

As part of a rapidly growing Growth team, we at Reap are looking for a driven, resourceful, and curious New Business & Partnerships Intern/ Part-Time Associate to support our global sales and partnership efforts.

This role is ideal for university or postgraduate students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA) looking to gain hands-on experience in fintech sales, partnerships, and go-to-market operations. You’ll work closely with our New Business & Partnerships Managers and Sales Operations team to help identify new leads, qualify opportunities, conduct market and competitor research, and assist in day-to-day sales administration.

You will have exposure to global markets (APAC, LATAM, EMEA) and to Reap’s core product lines (Cards-as-a-Service, Payments, Connect). This is an opportunity to learn how modern fintech sales functions operate — from data-driven prospecting to enterprise outreach and market intelligence.

You Will

  • Support lead generation efforts by researching and identifying potential clients, mapping decision-makers, and building prospect lists.
  • Assist in outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email — drafting outreach copy, personalizing messaging, and tracking engagement metrics.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to surface insights on fintech trends, pricing, product positioning, and regional expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by updating records, logging interactions, and ensuring data consistency across HubSpot and internal dashboards.
  • Assist in pipeline reporting and analytics, working closely with the Sales Ops team to track outreach activity and conversion metrics.
  • Support day-to-day operations such as scheduling client calls, preparing briefing materials, and compiling meeting notes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Experience to help improve prospect engagement and campaign targeting.
  • Contribute to special projects (e.g. research for new market entry, competitor benchmarking, or AI-assisted sales tooling).

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Strong interest in fintech, startups, or financial technology innovation.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or HubSpot is an advantage.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with lead generation, sales operations, or startup internships.
  • Knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or blockchain-based financial products.
  • Passion for technology and a strong learning mindset.
  • A sense of curiosity and initiative — you’re not afraid to figure things out from first principles.

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to a high-growth fintech scale-up environment.
  • Mentorship from experienced Sales, BizOps, and Product leaders.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, CRM operations, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Opportunity to work on real global projects impacting Reap’s growth trajectory.
  • Potential for full-time conversion upon graduation based on performance.

Commitment

  • Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • 3–6 month internship/ part-time engagement, extendable based on mutual agreement and performance.
