Morgan Mace is partnering with a fast-growing digital brand building a next-generation mobile experience designed to engage, educate, and empower athletes at scale.

We’re searching for a passionate Android Engineer to help build, scale, and refine a best-in-class mobile application that delivers meaningful, high-performance experiences to users around the world. You’ll work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment — shaping core product features and influencing technical direction.

About the Role

You’ll play a hands-on role in developing and evolving the core Android experience — from architecture and feature development to performance optimization. Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams, you’ll help deliver an elegant, reliable, and scalable app that engages a rapidly growing user base.

This is a fully remote position (U.S. preferred) within the Product & Engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core features of a modern Android app using Kotlin
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory efficiency
• Implement integrations with video, APIs, notifications, and in-app purchases
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Engage in sprint planning, design reviews, and roadmap discussions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping Android applications in Kotlin
• Strong command of modern Android development patterns
• Experience working with APIs, authentication flows, and local data storage
• Familiarity with Play Store submission, crash reporting, and release pipelines
• A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality UI/UX
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with video streaming, personalization, or AI-integrated mobile apps
