Role - Agile Coach

Location: Denver, CO, Chicago, IL or Charlotte, NC 5 days onsite

Must Have:

years of experience: 10+ years

Heavily Agile coach experience required along with banking domain experience

Foundational skills:

Experience with Scrum Teams, Kanban Teams and working in the Bank of America version of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Experience in participating in Agile Communities of Practices and/or interacting with the Agile Center of Excellence.

Experience in creating and delivering training content in a simple interactive manner for various roles in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Should be a hands-on passionate team player that can work at all levels across the organization.

Experienced in launching PDTs, Training teams, coaching PDTs as well as Teams.

Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Desired skills:

Strong leader, educator, coach, and problem solver.

An excellent communicator and motivator.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Horizon tooling experience (JIRA, TeamHQ, PPRT etc.).

Agile Coach certification or SM/RTE certification.

Experience coaching multiple trains, large organizations.
