We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Power Platform Consultant to join our team for an engagement with Qatar Energy. This role is critical for transforming business processes and driving digital innovation through the Microsoft Power Platform.

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Onsite in Doha, Qatar (Local candidates) or Hybrid with monthly travel to Doha (Candidates from India).

The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable Power Platform solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical designs.

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and configure advanced Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate critical business processes.
• Data Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
• Integration & Ecosystem: Integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and various third-party systems using custom connectors and APIs.
• Governance & Support: Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to corporate governance policies. Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation to end-users.
• Technical Excellence: Stay current with the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement optimal solutions.
  

• Proven Experience: Minimum 4+ years working extensively with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Core Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL, and Azure integration patterns (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD).
• Data & ETL: Proficiency in Power BI Dataflows, Power Query (M), DAX, and data transformation/ETL processes.
• Front-End & Scripting: Experience with scripting and development using Power Fx, TypeScript, PowerShell, C#, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Database & Reporting: Familiarity with MS SQL Server and SSRS.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills to engage directly with business stakeholders.
  

• Application development experience with Visual Studio Code, .Net, SPFx, or React.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, or Deal Cloud CRM development and integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
  

Travel: Mandatory travel to Doha, Qatar, once per month is required for hybrid candidates.
