We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer, certified CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) Routing and Switching professional to design, implement, and maintain advanced network solutions primarily supporting our CCTV infrastructure. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, security, and performance of large-scale IP networks tailored for video surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex routing and switching networks supporting CCTV systems.

• Implement QoS, multicast, and VLAN solutions optimized for video surveillance.

• Ensure network security, resilience, and redundancy for mission-critical CCTV applications.

• Collaborate with security, IT, and operations teams to align network infrastructure with CCTV requirements.

• Conduct regular performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization of network infrastructure.

• Provide escalation-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network issues.

• Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on networking best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid CCIE Routing and Switching certification (or Enterprise Infrastructure).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years focused on CCTV or video surveillance networks.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).

• Expertise in switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel).

• Hands-on experience with multicast (PIM, IGMP) and QoS configurations for video traffic.

• Solid understanding of network security practices including ACLs, firewalls, and IPS/IDS integration.

• Experience integrating CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, VMS) into enterprise-class networks.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
