SECURITY SYSTEMS PRE-SALES ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Assists sales teams by providing technical expertise, designing security solutions, and ensuring technical feasibility of proposals.
This role involves understanding client requirements, aligning solutions with MOI SSD standards, and preparing technical documentation like BOQs and system architecture.
- Engaging with clients to understand their security requirements and challenges, often through site surveys and feasibility studies.
- Designing customized security surveillance solutions, including CCTV, access control, and other ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems, ensuring they meet MOI standards and client specifications.
- Preparing detailed technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), system architecture diagrams, and compliance documents.
- Working closely with sales teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and aligned with client needs, often participating in presentations to clients.
- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and security standards, particularly MOI SSD (Ministry of Interior Security Standards).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field is typically required.
- 3-5 years of experience in CCTV design, security systems presales, or a similar role is generally expected.
- Strong knowledge of MOI SSD standards, video analytics, video storage solutions, and VMS (Video Management Systems) like Milestone, Genetec, or Avigilon.
- Certifications in CCTV, networking, or security systems (e.g., CCNA, Milestone, Genetec) are often preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and preparing technical documentation.
SECURITY SYSTEMS -TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems. Day-to- day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and training clients on using the systems effectively. The role requires working closely with a team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
Skills in Maintenance & Repair and conducting Preventive Maintenance Ability to provide training to clients on system usage
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in the security or CCTV industry is a plus Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred
Transferable Visa / NOC required.
